TOUR MANAGEMENT
- Planning: Organising, advancing the tour including travel arrangements, accommodation & transfers.
- Coordination: Liaising with venues, promoters, artists, and their managers. Arrange promotional activities
- Management: Overseeing tour schedule, passport, immigration, visa, carnet, PD’s, guest list, merch, crew etc
- Troubleshooting: Dealing with problems that may arise such as travel disruptions or illness.
- Advising: Providing advice on sights, local restaurants, and shops at each destination.
- Reporting: Writing reports and maintaining records. Feedback after tour.
- Emergency management: Dealing with emergencies, such as loss of passports or money, illness, etc.

Hello, I'm Belle!
With a passion for music & travel, I started this journey to help bring the magic of live music experiences to fans around the world. I have a broad experience of running a tour and facilitating all artists needs. I'm dedicated to creating unforgettable moments for both artists & audiences. I was born & raised in Belgium but moved to London in 2019 chasing more experiences & bigger opportunities. I now have an ever growing beautiful network of creative friends, and musicians that even often stay & write in my London home whilst I’m touring the world. I’d love to welcome more of you into my world & help you build yours!
Aside from TM’ing, I care a lot about helping & mentoring women who are new in this industry and need an ally.
I hold a drivers license, EU passport & am fluent in English, French & Dutch.
My touring experience spans the UK, EU, Asia, US & Australia.
Additionally, I love to help connect different creatives together through my network.
